Welcome to Nursery & Reception Class and the first stage in your child’s school life. In the Autumn term we will be learning new routines, meeting lots of new friends, learning each others name and spending time familiarising ourselves with our indoor and outdoor learning environment.
We tailor our curriculum to your child’s interests and will adapt our planning to what the children are interested in learning about.
In Reception Class children will be rewarded with ‘Dojo’s for their behaviour and showing a readiness to learn. The also work as a team to gain Class Dojo’s when the whole class are on task, focused or showing great behaviour around school.
