On Friday 17th October four of our Year 6 pupils headed off to Newcastle with Mrs Gill and Mrs Turner for the International Partnership Award.
After an introduction from Brian Stobie it was the children’s time to go on stage. Mrs Gill started with a welcome and then they each took a turn to talk and tell others about their experiences with our Japanese visitors. Each of the children did extremely well. They did themselves and the school proud.
Once the presentation was finished they were treated to an inspirational talk from Tori James who was the youngest Welsh female to climb Everest. She then presented our school with the certificate.
