Full STEAM Ahead!
‘Full STEAM ahead’ is a new project that our school is currently involve in. It links us with schools in Spain, Czech Republic and Finland. STEAM is an educational approach to learning that uses Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics to enhance our learning experience. We have been asked to design a logo for this exciting new project and we are really looking forward to work with other schools and taking our learning to the next level!

Christmas Bauble Design
As part of St. Anne’s church Christmas tree display we have been asked to design our own Christmas bauble for their tree.
We had a lovely time discussing things we enjoy about Christmas before thinking about the designs we could use to make our baubles extra special.

Henry Moore Sculptures
We have been researching the English sculpture and artist, Henry Moore in our art lessons. We were given the opportunity to try our hands at making our own, Henry Moore sculptures using clay.
Education must develop every child’s personality, talents and abilities to the full. (Article 29)
Henry Moore
Henry Moore was an English artist. He is best known for his semi-abstract monumental bronze sculptures which are located around the world as public works of art. Here we have used Pixlr to transform some pictures of Henry Moore’s art.
